In a pre-heated pan with a small amount of sunflower oil, fry the meat slices until golden brown. Using a fork, we transfer the ready-made bacon again to the cutting board and finely chop it with a knife. In principle, it is not necessary to use sharp tools. So even more interesting - you can break the fried meat with your hands.

Step 2: make a mix of liquid ingredients.

What is an egg muffin without eggs? We break the eggs into a deep bowl and begin to turn them into a homogeneous mass using a mixer. If there is no electrical equipment at hand, it’s not scary. In this case, a hand whisk is also suitable. After - add milk and continue to mix. Do not forget preheat our milk in a saucepan or in a small saucepan to room temperature. Thanks to the warm milk ingredient, our dish will turn out to be more airy.
