Cooking Cookies:

Step 1: Prepare the meat.

We take a good piece of meat 500-600 grams (low-fat beef or carcass of domestic chicken), in our case, turkey fillet, cut as beef stroganoff, a little thinner, about 4-5 cm in length.

Step 2: Fry the meat.

In a stewpan on a small amount of vegetable oil, we begin to fry the meat for 5-7 minutes. We do not add spices yet.

Step 3: Continue to stew the meat.

We continue to fry the meat until the moisture is stopped, and we throw in the finely chopped onion, previously peeled and washed. Then fry until golden, then salt, pepper, add spices to taste. Pour into a stewpan about a glass of water and put on a slow fire to languish under the lid (for 30 minutes). After extinguishing, put on a plate and set aside.

Step 4: Cut the tomatoes.

We take tomatoes, wash them thoroughly in hot water. Finely cut and spread on a plate and set aside.

Step 5: Cut the cucumber and cabbage.

In the same way, finely chop the cucumbers and cabbage previously washed. Stew most of the (2/3) finely chopped cabbage with vegetable oil until soft and put on a plate to cool.

Step 6: Make a salad of the remaining cabbage.

We are preparing a simple cabbage salad, better known in the catering system under the name "spring". The remaining third of the cabbage is mixed with already finely chopped cucumbers, seasoned with spices. Peel and chop finely and finely three cloves of garlic, add the garlic to the “salad”.

Step 7: Make Salad Dressing.

To prepare a hot Korean dressing, take a small onion, peel, chop finely and finely and fry in 4-5 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan for 1-2 minutes. Without letting this fill cool, add it immediately to the salad. Mix everything thoroughly and also set aside.

Step 8: make the broth.

Boil 2 liters of water, let cool slightly, add a tablespoon there: sugar, salt, two tablespoons: 9% vinegar and soy sauce. Good pepper. We strive for the broth to taste moderately sharp, but not scorching. Leave to cool. For flavor, add a couple of spoons of chopped cucumbers, a couple of cloves of finely chopped garlic. Leave to cool (later you can even put in the refrigerator).

Step 9: Make an Egg Omelet.

It was the turn of the egg straws. We take three or four eggs and prepare the egg mash. Beat eggs well with a whisk. Further, everything is similar to baking pancakes. The thinner the egg pancakes, the better. We bake our egg pancakes in a heated pan. We turn the pancakes into rolls, cut into strips, and send them to the salad campaign.

Step 10: Take Noodles

Any, long and thin, will do. Boil according to the instructions on the back of the packet, rinse thoroughly under cold water in a colander and set aside. There are many options on sale now, there is a place for experimentation. We will use the original Kuksi noodles, which are enough to soak in cold water for 30-40 minutes.

Step 11: Our ingredients are ready to assemble.

In order, from left to right: broth, stew, chopped omelet, chopped tomatoes, stewed cabbage, cabbage and cucumber salad. Everything is fresh and chilled.

Step 11: start collecting!

We spread a portion of noodles in a deep bowl, fill with ice broth. A little cabbage, cucumber salad, egg straws, meat and, as a final touch, sprinkle all this splendor with a pinch of sesame seeds.

Step 12: Serve the kuksi.

Sprinkle all over with fresh herbs (parsley, onion, dill, cilantro). Everything! You can serve and start a meal. You can eat with a fork or a spoon. Naturally, peppers, vinegar, soy sauce should be on the table so that everyone can customize this dish for themselves. All of the above applies to the summer version of kuksi, but kuksi is an all-season dish. In the cold season, it is served hot and somehow muffles nostalgia for the summer heat. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - In addition to the presented "salads", you can also use finely chopped sweet peppers (different colors), hot pepper, do not stew cabbage, but do fresh, etc.

- - The advantage of this dish is its low calorie content!
