Pizza with ham, salami and mushrooms


Knead a dough, by hand or, to make it easier, with a bread machine. If you use the machine, add the liquid ingredients to the tub, then the solid ones and finally the yeast.
If you knead by hand, place the flour in a bowl and make a hole in the middle. Add salt, oil and water mixed with yeast (if specified on the package to be dissolved, if not, mix with flour). Start mixing the middle ingredients, gradually incorporating all the flour. Allow to rise and, after doubling, turn over on the floured work surface.


Sprinkle a little flour on top, knead and divide in two. Take a piece, spread it with the rolling pin and place it in the tray. I recommend a Teflon pizza tray with holes.
Put broth over the dough (don't skimp, but don't overdo it), dry salami, pressed ham, mushrooms (preferably fresh, but canned ones are also good) and on top add mozzarella or grated cheese. Salami, ham and mushrooms should be cut into thin slices, and as a quantity, depending on taste.
Put the pizza in the oven, over high heat and leave for about 15 minutes.

The other piece of dough can be kept in the refrigerator until the next day, wrapped in foil.
