METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1.Cut 6 tomatoes in half lengthwise, remove the spine and cut a little peel from the base, leveling the surface so that the halves fit well on the plate.
2. Pass the melted cheese and garlic through the small grater.
3.Choose 12 mushrooms with small hats and keep them for later, and cut the others into small pieces and transfer them to the bowl with cheese and garlic.
4. Chop the dill and add it to the filling, keeping a few threads for decoration.
5. Remove the pulp from the tomato halves: first cut it with a knife, then scoop it out with a teaspoon.
6. Place the boats obtained with the cut down on a kitchen towel, enough to drain the juice.
7. Cut the pulp into small pieces and add it to the filling, but without juice.
8. Add the mayonnaise, mix and the filling is ready.
9. Fill the halves of the tomatoes with the composition obtained, make a small hole with the toothpick and insert a mushroom.

Method of preparation:
Finely chop the mushrooms, onions and peppers and then fry in a little oil until soft. Finely chop the liver and parsley, add the sliced olives and the rest of the hardened vegetables.
The composition obtained mixes well with eggs, salt and pepper.
The dough is left to thaw, then cut into squares and placed in special shapes. Each form is filled with the composition of vegetables and liver and left to bake in the oven.
