Ingredients for making anthill cake

Cooking anthill cake:

Step 1: Knead the dough.

Butter (1 pack), sour cream and sugar must be placed in a large deep bowl, then sift the flour with a fine sieve into the same bowl. Step 2: Prepare the basis for the cake - cookies.

From the dough you need to make "sausages", for this, pass it through a meat grinder. Next, the oven should be heated to 180 degrees, no more. Cut long strips of dough into smaller pieces. Place a sheet of baking paper on a baking sheet and spread the dough evenly on it. Bake it in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes (see, the cookies will turn red).

Step 3: make the cream.

In the meantime, prepare the cream: put the second pack of butter in a saucepan, simmer it over low heat. Open the can of condensed milk carefully with a can opener and combine with the small one. The cream should be thoroughly whipped with a whisk, mixer or blender.

Step 4: Grind the finished cookies.

When the cookie is ready, it needs to be put in a large bowl and crushed with a wooden crush to form small pieces. If the cookies are crushed very finely, it’s okay, but it’s better that slices of about 0.5 cm are formed. This will contribute to the bonding of the cake.

Step 5: Combine the cookies and the cream.

Then you need to combine the cream and the crushed cookies, stir well with a spoon or fork (it is convenient for anyone) - this will take a lot of time, as the cream will turn out very thick. Therefore, be patient and stir everything until a uniform mass is formed.

Step 6: Serve the Anthill Cake.

On a large round and flat serving dish, carefully lay out the mass, mold the "Anthill", that is, lay out the cake with a slide and sprinkle with poppy seeds or cinnamon. He should brew in the refrigerator for about 3 to 4 hours to freeze. Then it can be served to the table. Cut the Anthill cake into portions and put on plates. It can be washed down with fruit juice, compote or tea. Good appetite!

Recipe Tips:

- - You can cook boiled condensed milk by yourself by placing a can of condensed milk in a pot of water (cook for 1.5 hours).

- - If the oven does not bake well, place 2 bricks on its bottom.

- - So that during melting the butter it does not burn, pre-grease the pan with vegetable oil.
