The vegetables are cleaned, washed and finely chopped, and the carrot and parsnip are grated and cut into slices. The bones wash well. Boil the meat and pork bones in salted water, frothing well.

When the meat is cooked, remove it, put the bones aside, cut the meat into small cubes. (yes ... I know .. like children, only I have an older "child" who does not eat meat from soup other than that :))))

The juice is strained (generally I strain almost all the juice in which the meat was boiled, in order for the soup to remain clearer and "cleaner"). Put the onion, carrot, parsnip, pepper in the strained juice and cook for 15-20 minutes. Then add the rest of the frozen vegetables.

When all the vegetables are almost ready, add the tomato juice. At the end, add salt, put the borscht, and after the fire stops, add the chopped greens.
