Making a sandwich cake in Polish:

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.

After rinsing with water, boil the eggs in cool salted water for 8 to 10 minutes after boiling. Peel the horseradish root with a knife from the skin and wash. Cool the finished eggs with running water under the tap and peel off the shell. Radishes, cucumbers, green onions and parsley must be washed and chopped (radishes and cucumbers with rings).

Horseradish root and eggs grate on a fine grater, combine them with sour cream and mix thoroughly. Melt the butter in a small saucepan on the stove (mentally divide it into 3 parts). Meanwhile, grate the cheese on a coarse grater, then combine with a piece of melted butter and stir. Cut the ham into small pieces and mix with butter.

Step 3: Cut the bread into shortcakes for the cake.

First, cut the upper and lower crusts of bread, then cut it into cakes (5 pcs.), Put them on top of each other, then cut the side crusts. Lubricate the cakes with melted butter. Open the jar with paste with a can opener and put in a bowl, mix with parsley.

Step 4: Grease the cakes with the filling.

Lay the cakes on a serving flat plate. Cakes should be smeared in a certain order: the first cake is pate, cover it with a second, then the cheese mass, the third cake, the ham mass, the fourth cake, horseradish and egg sauce, cover it with the last cake.
