Ingredients for the preparation of salad "Black Chicken"

  1. Chicken fillet 4 pcs.
  2. Orange (large) 1 pc.
  3. Prunes 200 gr.
  4. Crab sticks 200 gr.
  5. Walnuts 1/2 cup
  6. Mayonnaise 200 gr.

Cooking salad "Black Chicken":

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken Fillet.

Rinse the chicken, pour 400 ml. hot water and add 1/2 tablespoon of salt. Bring the chicken to a boil over high heat, remove the foam, and then cook for another 15 minutes over low heat. After the fillet is ready, let it cool in the broth, then remove and dry, cut into small cubes.

Step 2: Prepare the prunes.

Rinse it, fill it with hot water and leave for 30 minutes. After this, drain the water, let the prunes dry and cut into the same small pieces.

Step 3: Prepare the orange.

Now rinse the orange, peel it, peel white fibers and cut slices from the membrane. Then cut each slice into 3 parts.

Step 4: Cut the remaining ingredients.

Crab sticks, cut into the same small pieces as prunes and chicken. Grind 50 gr of walnuts.

Step 5: Formation of the salad.

We begin to build a salad. Black Chicken Salad is stacked in layers. Lay the layers in a salad bowl in the following order: chicken fillet, walnuts, prunes, orange, crab sticks.

Step 6: We serve to the table.

After the layers are laid, water on top with mayonnaise and decorate with chopped nuts. Salad ready. Good appetite!

Recipe Tips:

- - Cook better defrosted fillet. If your pieces are only from the freezer, thaw them.

- - Choose prunes immediately without seeds, so as not to bother yourself with its cleansing.

- - Try to cut the ingredients into the same sized pieces.

- - It is advisable to season with mayonnaise just before serving the salad on the table.
