Ingredients for Making Canapes with Anchovies

Cooking canapes with anchovies:

Step 1: Toast the bread.

Cut the white bread with a knife into slices 1 cm thick and carefully cut the crusts from four sides. We put the pan on the fire and pour vegetable oil into it. As soon as it warms up, put bread in it and fry it on both sides for 1 minute on each side. Put the toasted bread in a separate bowl.

Step 2: prepare the peach puree.

My peaches under running water, remove the peel with a knife and rub on a fine grater.

Step 3: prepare the anchovies, herbs and tomato.

We lay out the frozen anchovies in a separate bowl and leave to defrost for 15-30 minutes. Then rinse with water. We shift them into separate dishes. Pour wine vinegar and water in a ratio of 1: 2. We put the dishes with anchovies in the refrigerator - let them marinate, at least 20-30 minutes. Wash and cut the cherry tomato in half. Rinse the dill under running water and take it apart by twigs. It takes only 4-6 branches. Rinse and dry lettuce leaves.

Step 4: collect the canapes.

On bread, with a teaspoon, spread peach puree, put a torn leaf of lettuce on top. We spread the pickled anchovies on it. Garnish with sprigs of dill and half a cherry. We stick one skewer in the canapes.

Step 5: serve to the table.

Recipe Tips:
