Cooking Czech soup in bread:

Step 1: Boil the broth.

Fill the pan with water and put the chicken stock. Over high heat, bring the water to a boil, and then drain it and rinse the pan. Together with the first broth we drain all the harmful substances that were in the meat. Pour water into the pan again and cook the second broth. You can slightly salt the water so that it soon boils. After the broth boils, do not add the ingredients, cook the meat for another 10 minutes. In the meantime, let's take care of the rest of the dish.

Step 2: Prepare the ingredients.

We wash the beans, transfer to the pan, pour the water so that it is 2 times more than the beans. And cook until cooked, gradually adding water, as it will boil away. For this we will need 30 minutes, but if the beans are not cooked to the end, it’s okay - it will have time to reach the desired state already in the soup. Put a piece of butter in a pan and melt it. And then we fill it with chopped onions, finely chopped garlic and carrots, chopped with very thin straws. You can rub it on a grater. Fry vegetables, stirring so that they do not burn, because butter is fried faster than vegetable oil, but it also gives a much richer taste. After 10 minutes, add a tablespoon of flour to make the soup thicker. After all, too thin a soup may not be kept in a bread "bowl". Mix the overcooking so that the flour is evenly distributed.

Step 3: Cook the soup.

Add washed cooked beans to the broth, followed by overcooking. Then salt and add seasoning to taste. It was the turn of cheese to be grated. Cook the soup until the cheese is completely dissolved and taste.

Step 4: Prepare the bread "dishes".

From the loaf or buns in which you plan to serve the soup on the table, cut off the top, and carefully remove the pulp with a spoon. Try not to damage the walls of the bread "plates". Now you need to dry the bread a little so that it does not soften as soon as you fill them with soup. To do this, send the bread to bask in the oven for 5-10 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Step 5: Serve Czech soup in bread.

We take out the finished warmed bread dishes from the oven and fill each with fragrant freshly cooked soup. We serve soup in bread on a warm table, and before enjoying its wonderful taste, let it brew for 2 minutes. You can decorate bread with chopped herbs. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - The recipe contains melted cheese, because it dissolves better, although you can use ordinary soft cheese. So that the processed cheese is rubbed better, send it for 10-15 minutes in the freezer.

- - You can replace beans with lentils, mushrooms or potatoes, the ingredients are optional. The main thing is a simple recipe and an original presentation.

- - You can make the soup easier by removing the chicken stock and make it vegetable, and season it with chopped sausages before serving.

- - Soup in bread should be eaten right away, otherwise bread will get wet and soup will flow out.

- - Beans can be used canned. Then immediately add it to the soup.
