Cooking a vegetable cake:

Step 1: Prepare the vegetables.

Step 2: Cook the cabbage.

Step 3: Prepare a batter for cakes.

Eggs should be washed, broken into a bowl and beat with a whisk. In the resulting mass, put 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, pepper and salt. Mix the batter thoroughly with a spoon or whisk with a whisk.

Step 4: Fry the cakes for the vegetable cake.

Preheat the pan, pour oil. Then dip the cabbage leaves in batter and fry on both sides until a brownish-golden crust forms, lay the cakes on a plate.

Step 5: Prepare the toppings from vegetables and cheese.

Step 7: Serve the vegetable cake.
