Ingredients for cooking mushrooms with zucchini

Cooking mushrooms with zucchini:

Step 1: prepare the mushrooms.

Next, peel the red onion from the husk, rinse under running water and put it on a cutting board. We cut it with a sharp knife either in very small pieces, or in beautiful thin half rings. Processed onions leave on a cutting board.

Step 4: cook the mushrooms with zucchini.


We put the pan on the burner, pour a little vegetable oil and turn on the stove temperature to an average level. Spread the chopped onion in the preheated fat and fry it until golden brown for 2 - 3 minutes. Then add chopped champignons and fry them for 10 minutes or until the moisture evaporates completely, periodically mixing everything with a kitchen spatula so as not to burn.

Next, add slices of zucchini to the mushrooms, taste the salt with black pepper and mix everything with a kitchen spatula. Fry the dish for several more minutes until cooked. zucchini and education on its surface appetizing brown crust. As soon as this happened, you can turn off the fire and proceed to serve the dish.

Step 5: serve the mushrooms with zucchini.

We put ready zucchini with mushrooms on portioned plates while they are still hot and serve as a separate dish for a light dinner, fasting dinner or as a side dish for baked, stewed or fried meat. A simple but tasty dish for the whole family is ready!
