Fruit tiramisu


Ingredients for Making Fruit Tiramisu

Coffee syrup:

  1. Instant coffee (decaffeinated) 1 tablespoon
  2. Sugar 2 teaspoons
  3. Distilled pure water 2 cups

Stuffing and base:

  1. 45-50 biscuit sticks
  2. Banana 1 piece
  3. Peach Nectarine 1 piece
  4. Raspberry 250 grams
  5. Strawberry 250 grams
  6. Kiwi 2 pieces
  7. Grapes (boneless) 100 grams

Cream:

  1. Custard 250 milliliters
  2. Cream cheese "Mascarpone" 250 grams
  3. Powdered sugar 1/2 cup

Inventory:

Making fruit tiramisu:

Step 1: make coffee syrup.


We turn on the stove to a strong level, put a kettle on it with 2 glasses of pure distilled water and bring the liquid to a boil. While the water is boiling, pour 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon of instant decaffeinated coffee into a deep bowl. When the water boils, remove the kettle from the stove, holding it with a kitchen towel, and pour all the boiling water into a bowl of coffee and sugar. Stir with a tablespoon until the sugar grains are completely dissolved and let the brewed coffee cool to room temperature.

Step 2: prepare the fruit.


While the coffee cools, prepare the fruit. We remove the stalks from raspberries and strawberries, put them in a colander and carefully rinse under a thin stream of cold running water. Leave them for 5 - 6 minutes in order to drain excess liquid and transfer to a deep plate.

We also wash the nectarine with kiwi and dry with paper kitchen towels to remove excess water. Using a knife for slicing fruits, we make a longitudinal section along the entire circular axis of the peach. After hands, we turn 2 ladles of nectarine against each other, they can easily detach, take out a bone and peel them together with kiwi.

Then, in turn, lay these fruits on a cutting board and cut a peach with 1 kiwi dice up to 1 centimeter. And the second kiwi rings up to 5 millimeters thick. We lay out the slices in separate deep plates.

After washing the grapes, shake the bunch over the sink, getting rid of excess moisture. Now we peel each berry from the peel and put them in a separate deep plate.

Peel the banana, put it on a chopping board, cut into a cube up to 1 centimeter and transfer to a clean deep plate.

Step 3: prepare the cream.


After preparing the fruit, you can start making the cream. Pour 250 milliliters of custard into a deep bowl, you can cook it according to this recipe or use a special custard powder, which you just need to dilute with boiling water. Into the same capacity we introduce 250 grams of Mascarpone cream cheese and pour 1/2 cup of powdered sugar. We set the container under the mixer blades and beat everything at high speed until a homogeneous lush mass. This process will take approximately 5 - 7 minutes.

Step 4: bring the dessert to full readiness.


Now we put on the kitchen table a round 2 liter form with removable sides, for example the one we use for baking and cover it with plastic wrap. Alternately, dip the biscuit sticks into the cooled coffee and line them with a fence from the inside and to the bottom of the mold.

Divide the cream into 2 equal parts, do it by eye. Pour one of them onto the first biscuit base and level the cream with a tablespoon. Then, in an artistic mess, we spread 1/2 part of bananas, raspberries, grapes, nectarine and kiwi cubes on a snow-white mass.

We cover a layer of fruit with a second layer of softened biscuit, pour all the remaining cream on it and also level it with a tablespoon. After spread on the cream the remaining cubes of banana, kiwi, nectarine, raspberries and grapes.

Now we act at will and arrange the dessert with strawberries, as well as kiwi rings as we like more, for example, lay out the fruit in circles. We tighten the container with an almost ready tiramisu with plastic wrap and send it to the refrigerator minimum 2 hours maximum 6 hours.

Step 5: serve fruit tiramisu.


Fruit tiramisu is served chilled. It is taken out of the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving, carefully removed from the mold, dragged onto a tray or large flat dish, cut into portioned pieces and laid out using a spatula on dessert plates.

This yummy can be supplemented with balls of ice cream, sprinkled with crushed chocolate or bitter cocoa powder. Fruit tiramisu is pleasant to relish with a cup of freshly brewed coffee, cocoa or tea. Enjoy it!

Recipe Tips:

- Instead of a plastic food wrap, aluminum food foil can be used.

- If this dessert is intended for an adult sweet table, then any kind of coffee liquor or rum can be added to coffee.

- If desired, custard can be replaced with thick homemade cream.
