Cooking Baked Chicken Fillet with Eggplant:

Of course, ready-made chicken can be purchased at the store. But if you decide to use purely rural products, then we will take up pre-processed chicken. We clean the meat from the bones. Ideally, it should be a breast. But you can, of course, use not only it. A half kilogram of fillet will be obtained according to approximate estimates of half a large chicken. And now the meat should be slightly beaten off. Only just a little! Chops with holes will, of course, be no less tasty, but ...

Step 2: eggplant next.

We will wash them, cut the ponytails and carefully cut them along into narrow strips. The thickness of each should be about half a centimeter. But before putting them into business, chopped eggplant should be slightly salted and set aside for half an hour. The fact is that eggplant is often bitter. If you salt them, they will secrete juice. Bitterness will go away with him. So, we drained the juice. Now lightly fry the eggplant in vegetable oil on both sides.

Step 3: prepare the rest of the ingredients.

Cut the tomatoes into slices. Cheese must be grated, and finely chop the garlic.

Step 4: form the dish.

The baking dish should be well lubricated with oil. And now we put in it a layer of eggplant, a little overlapping on each other. On them is a layer of chicken chop, then another layer of eggplant. Put chopped tomatoes on top, salt them and sprinkle with chopped garlic, grease with mayonnaise. And from the top - a layer of grated cheese. Everything can be put in the oven. Naturally, preheated. Its temperature should be approximately 180-200 degrees. Our dish will be baked for thirty minutes.
