Preparation of lean apple mayonnaise:

Step 1: prepare the apples.

After the blender improves this delicate sauce, bringing it to the desired consistency, turn off the kitchen appliance, remove the knife from the bowl and helping yourself with a tablespoon shift the mayonnaise into a half-liter or 300 gram sterilized jar. Close the container with a tight sterilized lid and put in the refrigerator for 20 - 30 minutes, allowing the sauce to cool and condense. Then use mayonnaise for its intended purpose.
