Step 3: prepare the minced meat.

Then, without turning off the heat, add canned tomatoes to the pan; if desired, the skin can be removed. After tomato sauce and minced meat. Using a kitchen spatula, mix all the ingredients together, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and black pepper. Then we reduce the temperature of the stove to a small level and simmer 15 - 20 minutes.
