Ingredients for Cooking Eggs on Breakfast

Cooking eggs for breakfast:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

If you do not have ready-made breadcrumbs, you can easily cook them yourself. To do this, take a small piece of preferably dried white bread, cut off the crust with a knife. And put it in the blender bowl, grind it to the state of crumbs. Then measure out the required amount of the ingredient and transfer it to a bowl. And if you already have ready bread crumbs, then this cooking step can be skipped and go straight to the next one. Add salt to taste in a bowl with breadcrumbs, one pinch will be enough, and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Stir the contents so that the butter evenly saturates the breadcrumbs. And go directly to the roasting of the ingredients.

Step 2: fry the eggs.

We wash the chicken eggs under running water, from various contaminants and put our main ingredient on a plate. Next, put the pan on the burner and turn on the temperature of the stove to an average level. Then we transfer our breadcrumbs to the pan from the bowl. And stirring them with a kitchen spatula, fry until slightly golden. As soon as the color begins to change, add the remaining oil and with the help of a spatula distribute the crackers evenly throughout the bottom of the pan. After we have done all these manipulations, we divide the washed eggs onto a cracker substrate and add black ground pepper. Then fry the eggs for a couple of minutes, first on one side and then on the other. Bringing them to full readiness. After that, put them on a plate, but do not rush to serve. A number of crackers are left in the pan, add balsamic vinegar to them and as soon as you hear a characteristic hissing sound, pour the vinegar and crackers onto the fried eggs. Everything, our dish is ready now you can serve.

Step 3: serve eggs for breakfast.
