After - pour regular and vanilla sugar, salt and baking soda into the container. And now we mix everything well with a tablespoon. Attention: there is also a second way to prepare all dry ingredients. To do this, simply pour all the components of the dry workpiece into a sieve and sift them, stirring everything with a spoon. Thus, afterwards we don’t have to mix everything with additionally improvised inventory.

Step 2: prepare all the liquid components.

We break the chicken egg into another bowl, pour in the same vinegar, vegetable oil and water. All mix well with a hand whisk or mixer until a homogeneous mass is formed. I’ll tell you a little secret: in fact, each of these liquid ingredients can be added to the dry flour mixture and knead immediately, but I prefer the first option, since it takes me much less time. The only thing worth paying attention to is the amount of water. The dough should turn out liquid and resemble a thick viscous mixture in consistency. Therefore, if you are worried about the density of the future dish, then perhaps there is a need to gradually add the ingredients in this order: first, break the egg into the flour mixture and add vegetable oil. Mix everything well with improvised equipment, preferably with a whisk. And then add vinegar diluted in a little water. Mix well again. And only after - add a little water, until the dough reaches the desired consistency.

Step 3: prepare the dough for the pie.

If you used the first option for preparing the components for the dough, then pour the liquid mass into a dry flour mixture and at the same time - constantly stir everything with a whisk or a tablespoon until smooth. Leave the dough aside for 10-15 minutes infuse at room temperature, stirring everything with improvised equipment from time to time.

Step 4: Make Chocolate Wheat Pie

We take a baking dish and grease it well with butter or margarine, not forgetting the sides. Attention: for baking, you can take any container of various shapes. Both round and rectangular dishes or even a muffin baking dish will do. The main thing is that it should not be too narrow and high, so that in the process of baking the dough has time to bake well from the inside of the pie and does not work out, as the people say, is “creamy”. After - sprinkle a baking dish with a small amount of flour. Due to this, after baking, the cake will not stick to the sides of the pan and it can be easily transferred to a serving dish. So, put the baking sheet on a chopping wooden board and leave aside for 10 minutesso that the cake cools down and easily moves away from the pan. After - we draw a knife along the board from the inside of the baking dish and, covering the container with a large flat dish, with a sharp movement of the hands we turn the cake upside down.
