Beef and Bean Ingredients

Cooking Beef with Beans:

Step 1: prepare the beef.

We wash the beef under running water and wipe it with paper towels. Next, put the washed meat on a cutting board and cut with a knife into pieces the size of 2 - 2.5 centimeters. Then transfer it to a deep plate or bowl. We cut the lime or lemon in half and squeeze the juice into the chopped meat using a juicer or our own hands. Mix the pieces with a tablespoon and proceed to the next cooking step.

Step 2: prepare the vegetables.

All vegetables must be thoroughly washed under running water and dried with towels. We cut the tomato in half, remove that place to which the vegetable was attached to the plant and cut it into small pieces, up to 1 centimeter. Remove chopped tomato in a plate. We peel the onions and cloves of garlic from the husks, rinse. Chop the garlic finely, and onions in half rings. We remove them in a plate to the chopped tomato. Cut the chili pepper in half, remove the seeds and finely chop with an approximate thickness of 2-3 millimeters. Then also put it on a plate. Cut the onion feather with a thickness of up to 1 centimeter, and put it in a plate for chopped vegetables. After we have prepared all the vegetables, we proceed to marinating the beef.

Step 3: pickle the beef.

Take the root of ginger and rub it on a medium grater. In a plate with beef, we shift the right amount of chopped ginger, as well as all our vegetables. Mix the contents of the plate, add salt and black pepper. Next, remove the plate in the refrigerator on 30-120 minutes pickle. After time, we take out the beef from the refrigerator and leave it on the table for about 10-15 minutes in order for the meat to reach room temperature.

Step 4: Cook the Beef with Beans.

Turn on the stove at medium temperature. We put a frying pan on it, pour in sunflower oil, add brown sugar. We warm everything to a caramel state, while remembering to stir. Once our butter and brown sugar have acquired brown color and caramel ductility, we proceed to fry the meat pieces in this mass. We begin to carefully shift the beef into a pan. As soon as we have laid out the entire contents of the plate on the pan, we begin to thoroughly fry and mix everything so that we have all the meat pieces evenly fried and pre-acquired a beautiful golden brown crust. We close the pan with a lid so that the beef with vegetables is stewed in its own juice, while we periodically mix the slices. We continue to fry them until all the liquid has evaporated, that is, until the beef has absorbed all the juice. Then, when our meat starts to burn slightly, as there is almost no liquid left in the pan. We proceed to the preparation of the broth from the remaining marinade, pour two glasses of pure water into the plate where the meat was pickled, mix the water with the remaining pieces of vegetables and spices with a spoon. And pour it into the broth from the marinade in a pan with meat, reduce the temperature of the stove to a small level, mix the contents with a spatula and cover the pan with a lid. The meat will be stewed approximately 50 - 60 minutes.

Step 5: prepare the green beans.

While the beef is being stewed, we will take care of the beans. At the string beans with a knife, cut the ends from both sides and cut the ingredient into 3 or 4 parts. Then rinse thoroughly under running water. It is convenient to do this with a colander. After the necessary time has passed, add the processed beans to the meat pan. Mix the contents with a spatula. Close the pan with a lid. We fry beef with beans about 10 - 15 minutes. And after, you can serve our dish.

Step 6: serve beef with beans.

We spread beef with beans on plates. Serve this dish should be hot. Beef with beans is considered the second dish, bark can be served for lunch, dinner, and any holidays.
