Making egg nests for babies:

Step 1: prepare the eggs.

Then make the fire less than average and cook the chicken eggs for 6-10 minutes. As for quail eggs, the hard-boiled time will take you no more 5 minutes. After that, turn off the burner and immediately put the container with the ingredient under running cold water, so that afterwards - easily remove the eggshell and so that the yolk does not turn gray. We leave aside the pan with cold water, so that the component of the dish cools down and becomes room temperature.

Step 2: prepare the cheese.

Using a fine grater, grind the hard cheese and shift it in a saucer. For such a dish, you can take any hard cheese that your baby will like. If your child loves only processed cheese, then you can grate them as well. In any case, when interacting with hot pasta, the component will begin to melt.

Step 3: Cook the Pasta

In fact, nests with an egg are not only a dish for children. An adult can also enjoy such a dish. After all, it lifts the mood, quickly cooks and is quite satisfying. So, we put on a big fire a pot of purified water. When the water boils, add salt to the container “by eye” so that the water becomes a little salty, and mix well with a tablespoon. Attention: but do not overdo it with salt, as salt water in the process of cooking pasta tends to be absorbed into the test ingredient. Using a slotted spoon, gently lower the "nests" into boiling water. And when the water begins to boil again, make a small fire and cook the component for 3-4 minutes. Attention: water should in no case be boiled so that pasta does not boil and become like porridge. We also add a spoonful of vegetable oil to the hot water so that the pasta does not stick together during the cooking process. From time to time, we carefully mix everything with the convex side of the spoon so that the "nests" do not unwind. After the allotted time has passed, turn off the burner and use the same slotted spoon to remove the ingredient from the pan. We hold the pasta on the weight so that water can flow from it. After - we shift the "nests" on a flat dish for serving.

Step 4: prepare the nests with the egg for the kids.

On each "nest" lay out a piece of butter and sprinkle with grated cheese. After that, lay the eggs on the pasta. There are two options for how to best serve this dish. The first - we clear the egg component from the shell, cut it into two halves with a knife, and put it in the center of the "nest". The second - you can put an egg in a shell in a dish and each peel the ingredient from the shell, but outwardly it will resemble the composition "nest with an egg", just for children. The only thing, after you put this dish on the table, you need to help the child clean the eggshell.
