Preparation of "Bagel" from condensed milk:

Step 1: prepare the bagels from condensed milk.

Using a can opener, open the can of condensed milk. Pour the condensed milk into a deep bowl, add 2 eggs, salt and soda. Attention: in no case do not extinguish soda! Using a hand whisk or a tablespoon, mix all the ingredients well until smooth. And now in small portions pour flour into the mixture. Important: Be sure to use the flour component of the highest grade and proven brands! It can take even a little less flour to make Bagels. Well, beat all the ingredients with an inventory, continuing to add flour in parallel until the mass begins to thicken, and it will be difficult to work with a whisk. The finished dough must be soft and gentle to the touch. We continue to knead the main component with our hands and then - we shift it to the kitchen table pre-powdered with flour. Knead the dough until it begins to stick off of the hands. And after - having formed a test ball, we proceed to the next stage of cooking our dish. So, we cut the "bun" with a knife into 6-9 parts. From each piece with our hands we form an average sausage in size and width. And now we cut each sausage with a knife into small pieces. Attention: it is better to cut sausages into pieces one at a time so that the dough is not weathered. Therefore, do not forget to cover the main part of sausages with a kitchen paper towel or plastic bag. Now we need to form even smaller sausages from each small piece with our hands. We connect the ends of the sausages with our hands, pressing them down with our fingers so that they do not stick out during the cooking process. We get small rings Important: in the process of baking, bagels will increase in size, so we form a dish, making wide thin rings, so that later they do not stick together. Formed bagels are placed on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and well oiled with vegetable oil. To make our pastries rosy and delicious, break the last egg into the bowl. And with a whisk, beat the ingredient well until a homogeneous mass of pale yellow color. We grease each ring with the egg mixture using a pastry brush and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake in oven at temperature 180 ° C during 10-15 minutes. Attention: do not overdo Bagels in the oven, as you will not blink an eye, as you already have the base of the dish browned.

Step 2: serve the bagels from condensed milk.

When the baking is ready, turn off the oven and remove the pan. We shift the rings with a fork or a wooden spatula into a deep plate and leave for a while aside so that they cool slightly. Attention: since there will always be children who are the first to try this delicious dish, it is better to put a container with bagels to where sweet lovers will not get it! After all, the baking is very fragrant, with a crispy crust and soft tender dough inside. Usually, when I cook "Bagels" from condensed milk, I serve them to the table with warm milk or kefir, that is, with those drinks that the guys do not really like, but drink with this baking with pleasure! Good appetite!

Recipe Tips:

- - If you don’t have a pastry brush on hand, do not be discouraged! An excellent substitute is a teaspoon. Just gently lubricate each bagel so that the beaten egg does not leak onto the baking sheet.

- - Instead of poppy seeds, Baranka can be sprinkled with sesame seeds or nut crumbs. Baking then also turns out very tasty and aromatic.

- - In addition to an interesting recipe, this can also serve as an interesting game or lesson with your baby! Be sure to invite your kids to cook bagels with you, which in appearance may not be rings at all, but different edible numbers and letters.
