Cooking steak with onions:

Step 1: prepare the beef.

We wash the purchased piece of meat with water, remove the film from the bone. We cut it into portioned pieces, with a thickness of about 1 - 1.5 cm. Slightly beat off the resulting pieces with a special hammer, and apply shallow cuts on them with a knife, in the form of a grate. Rub salt and add black ground pepper or any other spice to taste.

Step 2: fry the entrecotes.

We send entrecotes to a hot frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry without a lid on both sides for 2 minutes in hot oil, then cover with a lid and reduce the temperature, fry for about 15-25 minutes, occasionally turning.

Step 3: Cook the onion.

Take the onion, peel it, and cut into rings. Next, put it in a heated pan with vegetable oil, cover with a lid and fry for 3-4 minutes on low heat until golden brown, stirring occasionally.

Step 4: serve the entrecote with onion.

Place the entrecote, the fried pieces on plates, sprinkle with the fried onions to taste and sprinkle with lemon juice. It can be served as a separate dish, or complemented by any side dish. For example with a tomato and boiled potatoes. Entrecote with onions is ready! Enjoy your meal!
