Cooking chicken on grass:

Step 1: cook, beat.

When we have all the products cooked, then we start with chicken and sauce. Wash the fillet thoroughly (preferably under running water) and set it to simmer over low heat. We beat the yolks of our chicken eggs, adding olive oil and lemon juice (squeeze lemon).

After washing the lettuce and avocado leaves, cut them into pieces. Then, laying on a plate, pour half of our sauce and mix.

Step 4: prepare and serve.

Put the slices of our fillet in a salad, pour the remainder of the sauce and mix thoroughly. We can serve it to the table. Since green salads in themselves is the taming of any table, there is no particular need to be creative in this matter. But all the same, sometimes it’s sometimes useful even in the form of an experiment to add some zest to any dish. You can, for example, decorate it with lemon slices, you can add black olives by laying out our salad in a beautifully decorated salad bowl. Enjoy your meal!
