Cooking Dried Green Peas:

Step 1: Prepare the peas for drying.

No one will eat such a dish on its own. But as the basis for pea soup, dried green peas are perfect. It is necessary to store this product in tightly closed jars - so various insects and parasites will not get to it. Before adding peas to the soup, it must be soaked in water for an hour and a half.
