Cooking Honey Souffle:

Step 1: breed honey.

Pour a tablespoon of cold milk into a saucepan and mix wheat flour at low speed. No lumps should be, and then souffle write-gone! Then we interfere with honey and vanillin. Beat well until smooth and put on fire. Constantly stirring - you can use the same mixer - bring to a boil and immediately remove.

Step 2: take the eggs.

We move to ourselves one deep bowl and pan with honey. We beat the eggs over the bowl and separate the squirrels into the bowl. Yolk goes to the pan - why one: mix the yolks one at a time! Wherein mass must not be allowed to curl. Beat squirrels at high speed in a strong foam: a teaspoon should stand and not sink in it. Then we spread the foam on the milk-honey mixture and slowly mix.

Step 3: bake.

Set the oven to warm up to 160*. Sprinkle the baking dish lightly with flour and dump the whole mass. In the preheated oven, put the souffle on 20 minutes and wait!

Step 4: serve the honey souffle on the table!

When the appointed time is up, cool the souffle and sprinkle with icing sugar before serving! Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - In order not to share the finished souffle, you can put the mass in baking dish muffins. And beautiful, and better!

- - In the souffle, instead of vanillin, you can add chopped nuts or dried fruits;
