Cooking Stuffed Apples:

Step 1: Cook the chicken.

I experimented with the filling for a long time, and came to the conclusion that there is nothing tastier than a combination of sour apples with tender chicken fillet. And you guessed just such a filling we will prepare. To do this, buy chicken fillet at the bazaar (ice cream, fresh - which one gets caught). I could not find fresh, so I bought frozen meat, and immediately set it to thaw at room temperature. After which I wash it well under cold water, then transfer it to the pan, fill it with cold water and send it to boil over medium heat within 20 minutes. Covering is optional. But when the foam rises, slightly reduce the fire and remove it with a slotted spoon. Add the fillet a little and continue to cook until it is ready.

Step 2: Prepare the filling.

Cool the prepared meat and cut into small pieces. The butter is transferred to the pan and sent to heat on medium heat. Then pour in wheat flour and mix thoroughly. Then pour in the milk, reduce the heat and with constant stirring, bring the mass to a boil. Salt, pepper to taste and cook until our sauce thickens. As soon as it begins to resemble liquid sour cream in consistency, add the fillet to the pan, mix and remove from heat.

Step 3: Cook Stuffed Apples.

Set the oven to heat. 180 degrees. While the filling is cooling, prepare the apples. So, first of all, wash them well under cold running water, and then cut off the top and remove the core with stones. The thickness of the walls of apples should not exceed 0.5 cm. Since I was preparing apples for the holiday table, I decided to decorate them a little. And for this, she simply made the edges zigzag (using a sharp knife). Now we stuff each apple with the filling and put them in a baking dish, and on top lay a small piece of butter on top. And send to bake in the oven 30-40 minutes.

Step 4: Serve the stuffed apples.

Ready-made, fragrant apples can immediately be served on the table, shifting them to a serving dish. Enjoy your meal!
