Cooking lobster in the dough:

Step 1: defrost the dough.

Try to defrost the dough in the refrigerator whenever possible. To do this, simply put it on the lowest shelf of the refrigerator and leave it to defrost all night. You can also always defrost your dough even at room temperature. This defrosting process will take you about 4 hours. First you need to get the dough out of the package. Then put the frozen dough on a kitchen silicone mat or just on an ordinary cutting board and leave it to defrost in the room. You can save time or just defrost the dough faster with water. To do this, you should put the frozen dough in an ordinary plastic bag and lower it for a while until it is completely defrosted under running warm water. You can also quickly defrost the dough with the microwave. To do this, you should place frozen dough in it and select the defrost function. Provided that you don’t have it - you just need to set the microwave power no more 100 watts. From time to time you will need to turn the dough over and monitor its condition. Remember that the dough will need to be removed from the microwave while it is heated.

Step 2: roll out the dough.

Next, roll out our already thawed dough to a thickness of less 1 centimeter. From this obtained cake, we should eventually get 15-17 round cakes in diameter 7-9 cm. The easiest way to get them is if you take an ordinary round object of this diameter (for example, a glass) and press it alternately on a large cake, press and in the end you will have a small cake of the desired size and diameter inside the glass. On 8 tortillas what needs to be done will be small circular cuts. This is done in order to thus indicate their inner circle.

Step 3: bake the muffins.

Then we take a baking sheet, grease it with vegetable oil and put incised circles on it. On top of them we sprinkle a little or simply coat them with water using a kitchen brush, and then put the rest on top of them 8 cakes. The edges of the cakes need to be blinded. Then we take a wooden toothpick or knitting needle and evenly along 4 sides cakes - we pierce it. This is done so that all of its sides in the process of further baking rise symmetrically. Before you can put all our workpieces in the oven, we should heat it for 10 minutes at 300 degrees and then bake to a light brown crust.

Step 4: Cook the Lobster Meat.

While our cakes are baked - we take any pan, preferably a small one. Pour water there and set to boil on a large fire. We salt a little while. Then we cut the packaging with canned lobster meat and throw in boiling salted water. Cook meat like that 3-4 minutes. Then we type 1 teaspoon of this broth in which the lobster meat was cooked, leave the broth to cool - we will still need it in the future. Throw the meat into a colander and let it cool slightly. When the meat cools down - put it on a cutting board and chop finely.

Step 5: prepare the sauce.

In parallel, prepare our sauce. To do this, put on the fire a deep, but small frying pan and wait for it to warm up. In a pre-heated pan, spread the butter and give it a little time to melt. Then mix the melted butter with flour directly in the same pan. Cook, while slowly stirring over low heat until a uniform consistency of butter and flour is formed. We breed the chicken cube in a small bowl with water, in which the lobsters were previously cooked, and add the milk here, which should first be brought to a boil. Ideally, we should succeed 1 cup of liquid. We slowly pour the resulting liquid into a mass of oil and flour, and cook 5-6 minutes stirring constantly. The result should be a very concentrated mixture, without any lumps. Then pour the low-fat cream into the pan and add the finely chopped lobster meat here. We do not bring all this to a boil, and then set the pan aside from the heat and cool the sauce.

Step 6: serve the lobster in the dough.

Now we fill each circle from the dough with the mixture obtained (sauce and lobster meat) and sprinkle on top a little paprika. The dish is completely ready, it can be laid out on a serving dish and served to the table in a still hot state. Bon appetit!

- - we advise you to take into account the fact that the safest quality of frozen dough is of course the natural way to defrost it, that is, either in the refrigerator or at room temperature. Therefore, if you have time, try not to use a microwave oven, as well as warm water in order to quickly defrost it.

- - store frozen dough only in the freezer at a storage temperature not exceeding -18 degrees. In such ideal conditions, your dough will be in a suitable state for 3-6 months.
