Garlic and Olive Bread


Ingredients for making bread with garlic and olives.

  1. Boiled, warm water 300 ml .;
  2. Yeast (dry) 7 grams;
  3. Premium wheat flour 420 grams;
  4. Coarse flour 100 grams;
  5. Juice from orange (freshly squeezed) 75 ml .;
  6. Olive oil 3-5 tbsp. spoons;
  7. Small salt 10 grams;
  8. Garlic 3 heads;
  9. Olives (seedless) 10 pieces;
  10. Balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp. a spoon;
  11. Sugar 3 tbsp. spoons;
  12. Rosemary leaves bunch;
  13. Sea salt 1 teaspoon;
  14. Black pepper, ground to taste.

Making bread with garlic and olives:

Step 1: Knead the dough from the sifted flour.

Sift the flour into a deep bowl, add the diluted water and raised yeast, warm boiled water there. Stir everything whisk to a homogeneous mass and leave to "rest" for 1.5 hours.

Step 2: Add the orange juice and the rest of the flour to the dough.

After the dough has risen, it is necessary to add juice, freshly squeezed orange, wheat flour and wholemeal to it. We knead everything very carefully.

Step 3: Add olive oil to the dough.

Add 1 dessert spoon of olive oil and again carefully crush.

Step 4: Cover the dough with cling film.

So that the crust does not form on the test, we tighten the bowl with it with cling film and leave it for 45 minutes.

Step 5: Add more olive oil.

In order for future bread to acquire an original structure and rich taste, it is necessary 2-3 times during standing time (from an interval of 45 minutes), add one dessert spoon to it olive oil.

Step 6: Preheat the pan.

Take a deep frying pan and heat it over medium heat. Add the remnants of olive oil.

Step 7: Add the ingredients for the filling to the pan.

Finely chopped garlic with a knife we ​​send to the pan. We send 2 tablespoons of water to it, sugar, balsamic vinegar, salt, black pepper, olives cut into several pieces and chopped rosemary leaves.

Step 8: Reduce the heat, cover the pan with a lid.

Extinguishing should occur within 5 minutes, over low heat, in a skillet covered with a lid.

Step 9: Roll out the dough.

We roll out the dough into a layer using a rolling pin, and start it with a finished, cooled filling. Next, we turn the envelope from the dough and cover it with a damp cotton cloth. Give the test relax within 30 minutes.

Step 10: Put the dough on a baking sheet.

On a pre-greased baking sheet with olive oil, carefully spread our dough with the filling. If any edge disconnected and the filling is visible from it - pinch it.

Step 11: Bake the bread.

Bread with olives and garlic, initially baked at a temperature of 250 degrees (5 minutes), then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and continue to bake for about 40 minutes.

Step 12: Serve the bread with garlic and olives.
