Ingredients for making a pie with broccoli and mushrooms.
For the test we need:
- Butter 100 gr.
- Chicken egg 1 pc.
- Premium wheat flour 1.5 cups
For the filling we need:
- Broccoli 1 head (or frozen - 500 gr.)
- Fresh champignons 600 gr. (or frozen - 400 gr.)
- Onion 2 pcs.
- Butter 50 gr.
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
To fill we need:
- Cream (25% fat) 300 ml.
- Hard cheese 150 gr.
- Chicken eggs 3 pcs.
- Premium wheat flour 1 tbsp. spoon with a slide
- Salt and pepper to taste
