Cooking French Buns:

Step 1: Cook the puff and yeast dough.

Step 2: Form the buns from the dough.

After an hour we take out one “snail” and roll it out in a familiar way several times (at least 2). Then roll the dough into a thick layer 6 mm and divide by 12 piecesof which we form bagels. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and put bagels on it, which we cover with a towel and leave to approach approximately for 1.5 hours.

Step 3: Cooking French Buns.

Set the oven to heat. 220 degrees. Approached bagels are sent to bake about 10-13 minutes. At this time, we prepare syrup from sugar and warm water, with which we then grease the finished hot buns.
