Beat whole eggs for 7-8 minutes with the mixer at maximum speed.

Add the sugar and vanilla sugar, mixing for another 2-3 minutes. Then add the oil and milk, stirring constantly.

At the end we add the flour mixed with the baking powder using a spatula and mixing lightly so as not to leave foam.

Pour the composition into a tray lined with baking paper.

Place the plum halves on top and put a little sugar and cinnamon powder in each piece of plum.

Bake in the preheated oven at 175-180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. We do the toothpick test to make sure the countertop is baked.

Remove from the oven and let cool.

Then remove from the pan and powder with powdered sugar.
