Making banana chocolate cake:

Step 1: Make banana puree.

Cooking a cake includes 2 stages - creating a cake and creating a cream. Let's start with the basics - creating a test. To do this, using a fine grater, turn two bananas into fruit puree and mix it with sour cream and vanilla sugar, stirring until smooth.

Step 2: Beat the butter and eggs.

Pre-sift the flour through a fine sieve, add soda to it and mix again. In a separate bowl, using a mixer, beat butter with sugar and add eggs there, one at a time, stirring each thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is created.

Step 3: Create the dough for the cakes.

In our sugar-butter mixture, carefully pour half the flour and continue whisking. Next, there you need to send banana puree, and then the remaining flour, and beat until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Rub 100 grams of chocolate on a fine grater and fall asleep in the dough. Mix again!

Step 4: Bake the cake cakes.

Now we line the baking dish with parchment and put exactly half of the dough into it. Bake cakes for 30 minutespreheating the oven up to 200 degrees. We do the same with the second half of the test. Next, you have a very simple task - to cool the cakes and cut each of them into two flat parts. This is most conveniently done with a wide-blade knife. As a result, we get 4 identical circles.

Step 5: Melt the chocolate for the cream.

Now let's start creating the most saturated and vibrant culinary component of the cake - cream. On low heat, better in a water bath, you should melt 150 grams of chocolate, or you can simplify your task by using the microwave. Add sugar, cocoa and some vanilla powder to hot chocolate.

Step 6: Create The Cream.

We continue to create a cream. To do this, mix a little flour and egg and send into chocolate. Add warmed milk to the resulting mixture. We send all this to a slow fire. Stir all the time until the cream thickens. Mix the butter with a mixer until it acquires a pale white color. And then, pour the chocolate mass into it. That's all, the cream is ready!

Step 7: Lubricate the cakes with cream.

Now put the cakes on top of each other, carefully lubricating them with cream. After, apply the cream on the side of the dessert and on the top cake. If you wish, you can sprinkle the cake with grated chocolate and slices of bananas, and even create cream flowers or patterns on it using a pastry syringe. Next, we send the product to the top shelf of the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Step 8. Serve a banana-chocolate cake.

Serve banana-chocolate cake is better for flavored tea or coffee with spices. This delicate dessert will decorate both a weekday evening and a festive table. Enjoy a superb mix of sweet chocolate and juicy banana in this unique treat. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - But how to melt chocolate? To begin with, it should be broken into small pieces and sent to a dry bowl fixed over a pot of boiling water. Make sure that the bottom of the bowl does not come into contact with water, as for high-quality thickening of chocolate, neither water nor wet steam should get into it. Do not use porous chocolate for the cream - it will not bring the desired effect to the cream.

- - There are several interesting ways to decorate the cake with bananas. The simplest is to cut the fruit into rings and lay them out nicely on the surface of the dessert. Another is to grate a banana on a coarse grater, getting a kind of "fruit crumb", and sprinkle it on top of the product. This option is especially good for decorating cakes coated with dark chocolate glaze. You can also make mashed banana and, using a pastry bag, decorate it with a cake, like cream.
