Step 1: Cook the dough.

With a thin skewer or a toothpick, you need to pierce the top layer of dough in our fungus so that excess air comes out of it. Our mushrooms are boiled for about 40-50 min over medium heat. Step 4: Serve the pies for a couple of "Mushrooms". Ready mushrooms are laid out on a dish. You can serve with melted butter, and sour cream, and with mayonnaise or ketchup, as you like.
