Ingredients for making fish souffle

Cooking fish souffle:

Step 1: Prepare the fish.

Also chop the arugula in a blender, add to the fish. Mix everything thoroughly, then add the whipped proteins and mix very carefully again. Try to make movements from the bottom up to keep as much air as possible in the fish mass.

Step 3: Bake the souffle.

Lubricate the soufflé molds with butter, and do not forget about the sides. Then lay the souffle over them. Preheat the oven up to 200 degrees then place the soufflé tins inside and bake about 15-20 minutes.

Step 4: Serve the fish souffle.

Remember that the exact baking time depends on the size of the tins and the amount of souffle in them. As a decoration, you can use peas of pink pepper, but only if the cooked souffle is intended for adults, and not for children. Souffle can be served both in cold and in hot form. Good appetite!
