We wrap the jar with a towel on all sides so that the milk cools down as slowly as possible. After 4 hours you need to carefully take the jar and place it in the refrigerator for 12 hours. Try to shake as little as possible, otherwise the yogurt may not thicken. If everything went as it should, then you will get the following consistency drink: Before adding it to borani, it must be properly mixed in order to achieve uniformity.

Step 2: Prepare the ingredients.

Since in this dish we will have a lot of greens and vegetables, let's deal with them first of all. To begin with, we rinse them thoroughly with running water, and then we start grinding. By the way, if you use frozen green beans, then, before cooking, it, of course, needs to be thawed. At the bean pods, cut off the ends, clear of the veins, and cut it in half. You can put the finished beans on a plate until we need it. Shake the washed greens several times to get rid of excess moisture, and then finely chop with a sharp knife on a cutting board. The heads of onions are peeled and then finely chopped. As for our meat component - a chicken, its carcass needs to be washed, cut and gutted, if it is not gutted. We remove excess films and grease. You can cut the carcass into portions or cook whole - it all depends on your desire.

Step 3: Fry the chicken.

A frying pan, some vegetable oil and chicken - what could be easier? And yet - the carcass should be pepper and salt to taste, you can coat it with sour cream or mustard to get a beautiful golden brown crust. We heat the oil in a pan and lay the chicken back down to fry it as evenly as possible, cover the meat with a plate from above and set the load, for example, a jar of water. Fry over medium heat 10 minutes, then remove the load, turn the chicken over and repeat the operation. Remember to grease it again. We continue to fry the meat over medium heat, but for about 15 minutes. Then reduce the heat to a slow one and wait another 25 minutes.

Step 4: Prepare the boranium ingredients individually ...

We put the yogurt in gauze or put it in a colander - we it is necessary to drain the serum. Then we take two burners at once - on one in a saucepan or saucepan we melt butter, and on the other - in salted water, boil green beans until ready. You will spend about 5 minutes cooking, and then you will need to drain the water from the pan and transfer the beans to a stewpan. So, the final step is stewing the beans. Pour the melted butter onto the beans, add salt, sugar and spices in the indicated proportions or according to taste, finely chopped greens and onions. Stir and simmer the beans for 15 minutes over medium heat.

Step 5: Serve the finished borani in Georgian.
