It's Friday, it's fasting, but that doesn't stop us from having a delicious dinner!

  • 1 kg mushrooms (I used white and brown)
  • a bunch of dill
  • 1 half bunch of parsley
  • a clove of garlic
  • 40 ml oil
  • approx. half a teaspoon of coarse salt

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Mushrooms in the oven:

Wash and chop the greens, then clean and finely chop the garlic. Wash the mushrooms, open the stalks, chop into cubes. The rest of the mushrooms are placed in the yena bowl or oven tray, with the hats facing up. Mix all the ingredients (respectively chopped stalks with garlic, greens, salt and oil), fill the mushroom caps and put in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Good appetite!
