  • a quarter of melted coconut oil
  • a cup of chocolate flakes
  • cooking spray.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl add the oatmeal, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder and salt.

In another bowl, break the two eggs and beat them together with the maple syrup, banana puree and vanilla extract until you get a uniform paste. In the same container, lightly pour the milk and coconut oil, stirring constantly.

Put the contents of both bowls in a larger container and stir until the oatmeal is moistened. Add the chocolate ones as well.

Spray the muffin tray with cooking spray, then divide the mixture evenly. With a spoon, push the mixture so that all the oats are covered in liquid.

Leave the muffins in the oven for 30 minutes or until you think they are baked. Let them cool for 5 minutes, after which you can consume them with a little maple syrup. Good appetite!
