Cookies "Coffee beans":

Step 1: Cook the dough.

In a bowl, combine flour, starch, cocoa and baking powder. In a separate bowl, pour instant coffee with 1 tablespoon of brandy and mix thoroughly. In another bowl, rub the butter pre-softened at room temperature with an egg, cappuccino powder, cinnamon, salt and powdered sugar. Now add a mixture of coffee and cognac to this mixture, mix thoroughly. Then, here, sift the flour mixture through a fine sieve and proceed to knead the dough. When the dough has a uniform consistency, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

Step 2: Step 2: Form the cookie.

After that, take out the dough and roll it on a flat surface of the desktop, previously lightly sprinkled with flour, into the sausage. Then cut it into pieces. Roll the resulting pieces into small ovals, a little larger than a walnut. After that, with the blunt side of the knife, make a depression along each cookie. It should look like coffee bean.

Step 3: Step 3: Bake the cookies.

Cover the baking sheet with oiled parchment paper and put the cookies at a small distance from each other so that during baking it does not stick together. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, then send our baking sheet with cookies into it for about 10-15 minutes.

Step 4: Step 4: Serve the Coffee Beans cookies.

When the cookie has hardened, you can remove it from the oven. Cool a little and lay on a serving platter. Good appetite!

Recipe Tips:

- - If you are a lover of the strong aroma of coffee, then when preparing cookies, it is worth increasing the amount of coffee by 2-3 times.

- - To prevent the dough from sticking to your hands, pre-moisten them under cold water. Do it every time you feel it start to stick.

- - The larger the size of your cookies, the longer it will be baked, remember this during cooking.
