Wash, remove the seeds and peel the apricots and melons. Cut into cubes and mix with a blender or vertical mixer, along with honey, vanilla sugar and yogurt.

Beat the whipped cream well, then mix lightly with the rest together with the rest of the ingredients. Put in the freezer, then mix about 2 times every 2-3 hours to break the ice needles. They are put in whatever shapes we want until serving.

Serve with chocolate sauce or whipped cream.
