For the countertop: rub the yolks with the sugar until they form a foam, then add over the flour mixed with cold butter and knead a tender dough. Put it in the fridge for about 1 hour.

We clean the fruit; we split the apricots in half, and if the nectarines are large, we cut them in 3. We wash the raspberries and the blueberries and let them drain well.

Spread the dough sheet in the large tray of the stove - mine is 40 x40 cm - press the breadcrumbs, then spread the apricots and nectarines on top; raspberries and blueberries are sprinkled between them so that the whole dough is covered with fruit.

Rub the yolk with the sugar, vanilla essence and mix with the liquid cream, then pour over the fruit.

Bake for about 30 minutes -40 minutes. Allow to cool in the pan, then portion and serve.
