Today I come up with a suggestion for a quick and surprisingly good dessert, a cake pudding. There is always a cake left after the holidays, or at least a few slices that you really can't fight anymore, but it's also a shame to throw it away. So, the saving solution is cake pudding.
- 300 g cozonac
- 50 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 150 ml of milk
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- esenta de rom
- powdered sugar
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Cake dessert pudding:
Cut the cake into cubes.
Melt 50 g of butter, grease the bowl in which you make the pudding, put the pieces of cake in the bowl and pour the rest of the butter over the cake.
Add pieces of shit, raisins, cranberries and nuts.
Mix eggs with milk and sour cream and pour over the composition, incorporating well.
Put the dish in the oven for 40-45 minutes, until the pudding is lightly browned.
Let the pudding cool and powder before serving.
