Sift flour through a sieve on a cutting board or a pre-prepared kitchen table. In this case, this must be done so that there are no lumps and any litter. Flour must breathe and be oxygenated.

Step 2: beat eggs with sugar.

After we have worked with the flour, put it aside and take on the following important ingredients. Pour sugar into a deep bowl and beat it with eggs using a mixer. If there is no such device at hand, you can use a hand whisk. True, it will be a little more complicated, since in time it will take about 15-25 minutes. This is necessary to ensure that our the ingredients turned into airy foam and, at the bottom did not come across grains of sugar. Believe me, it is worth your time and energy. But do not overdo it with flour, since an excessive amount will spoil not only the taste of the dough, but also change the consistency. And in the process of baking, flour will contribute to the combustion of the baking base. We divide our ingredient into two parts. Using a rolling pin, we roll out two circles along the diameter of the baking dishes that we will use.

Step 6: prepare the basis of the Snowman cake.
