Cooking royal cheesecakes with cottage cheese:

Step 1: Cook the dough.

Cut the margarine into a bowl with a knife in small pieces, add sugar and knead well with a fork. Then add the eggs and beat well with a fork. Then pour the flour and baking powder and knead shortbread dough, which should turn out to be very soft. Wrap it with cling film and send it to the refrigerator during the preparation of the filling.

Step 2: Cook the curd filling.

It is best to use not very fatty cottage cheese, since it will let excess juice in when cooking. So, in a bowl, mix the cottage cheese and sugar with a fork. Then add eggs, vanillin, baking powder and mix well until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Step 3: Cook the royal cheesecakes with cottage cheese.

We put the oven to heat up to a temperature of 180 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Rub the dough on a coarse grater and distribute it on the surface of the baking sheet. We spread the curd filling on top, and rub the second half of the dough on it (on a grater) and also distribute it evenly. Put in the oven to bake for about for 25-30 minutes.

Step 4: Serve royal cheesecakes with cottage cheese.

After half an hour, we take out the baking sheet from the oven and let the cheesecakes cool slightly. Then cut it into portioned pieces (can be squares, can be triangles). Brew aromatic tea or coffee, open a jar of cherry jam and call the household to the table. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - If desired, a little rum or liquor can be added to the dough.

- - For the sharpness of taste, you can add pieces of fruit (dried fruits or fresh), lemon or orange zest, cinnamon, etc. to the filling.

- - If you do not have baking paper, grease a baking sheet with a piece of margarine and sprinkle lightly with flour.

- - Also in the dough you can add ground nuts, raisins.
